These Terms & Conditions (the “T&C”) apply with respect to the upskilling services offered by Skill Upgrade (“Skill Upgrade”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, with its registered office at 84/20, Roondla Plaza, 3rd Floor, Madhyam Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) 302020.
The Company conducts its business under the brand titled “Skill Upgrade”. These T&C shall apply to mobile apps, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, email/SMS/phone communications, and other communication forums/media hosted by the Company. Your usage of Skill Upgrade’s Services (defined hereinafter) is subject to your explicit acceptance of these T&Cs. The terms contained in our privacy policy available at Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), or any other policy, are incorporated into these T&C. Your acceptance of the same will irrevocably and unconditionally bind you to comply with and abide by all the obligations and conditions stipulated herein (unless otherwise explicitly made optional). After your initial confirmation/consent, you will be assumed to continue consenting to these T&C until you explicitly withdraw your consent by notifying the Company of the same in writing. If an executed agreement exists between you and Skill Upgrade in relation to the Services, any deviations from these T&C shall only apply when explicitly agreed in writing between the parties to such an agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL CONDITIONS/CLAUSES CAPTURED IN THESE T&C, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE OUR SERVICES.
These T&C may be updated, amended, modified, or revised by us from time to time. Each such updation or modification to the T&C will be marked with the Date of Updation on this page itself. Your continued use of Skill Upgrade Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. We encourage you to refer to these T&C from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any additions, revisions, amendments, or modifications that we may have made.

Skill Upgrade allows its users to access (in Online / Offline Mode) various mentorship / training programs on (but not limited to) Tech / Non-tech Domains designed by Skill Upgrade for Career Aspirants from across sectors and work backgrounds, including Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Software Development, Web Development, Cyber Security, or any other program that Skill Upgrade introduces from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Service(s)” or “Skill Upgrade Service(s)” and each of these training programs shall be referred to as a “Program” and collectively as “Programs”).
Skill Upgrade reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time. Your continued use of Skill Upgrade Services following the posting of any changes to the same (including the addition or removal of features) constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Any information you provide to us for the purposes of registering and setting up your account (as specified below) shall be considered accurate, complete, and updated. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account (including those of others authorized to access and operate your account) and for maintaining the security of your account and any information you input. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legitimacy of any information, data, or User Data uploaded or posted after enrolling or subscribing to our Services. For clarity, as long as your account is accessed with the correct login credentials and unless you notify us of any unauthorized access, you shall be solely responsible for all actions/defaults related to your account.
In consideration of your acceptance of these T&C and, if applicable, any subscription agreement (or any other similar agreement) executed between you and Skill Upgrade, Skill Upgrade grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access the Services, in accordance with the T&C.
During your time with Skill Upgrade, you will have access to multiple resources that help you learn better. The access policy may vary across those.
Following is the policy for each of those resources:
Skill Upgrade does not claim to offer 1-1 Mentorship. Rather, the Company offers its services and programs in a Cohort or Batch mode via Online & Offline channels.
Skill Upgrade Services involve various Cohort-based Mentorship Programs / Masterclasses / Online or Offline Trainings, etc., wherein the Company offers a comprehensive package of resources, including Live Mentor-led Sessions, Recorded Videos, Assignments, Assessments, Quizzes, Cheatsheets, Notes, etc., according to the need & design of the Programs, subject to changes and modifications as deemed required by the Company from time to time without any public declaration.
We guarantee access to all recordings until 6 months post-completion of your last mandatory class with Skill Upgrade (as part of the program you joined), provided that, if there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will give you a 30-day prior intimation. Skill Upgrade may, at its discretion, extend the access period beyond 6 months as well, if it deems fit.
Skill Upgrade Programs are designed and delivered by Mentors who are qualified professionals & domain experts. You will have access to scheduled live cohort sessions led by mentors via the LMS Platform. You cannot access any mentor session before it has been live-streamed, after which its recording shall be made available.
A dedicated Delivery Support Executive (DSE) is available to you throughout your Skill Upgrade journey to help with concerns regarding class quality, mentor feedback, due fee clearances, tech issues, or any feedback or request regarding the Program. The Company shares the contact details of this support executive via the Cohort-specific community for the program the student has enrolled in. The DSE shall be the primary contact for the above-mentioned communications, and students shall not reach out to other executives unless required for specific concerns not attended by the DSE.
Every student is added to Cohort-specific communities at Discord & WhatsApp for seamless communications, discussion, and relay of crucial program-related updates. At these communities, you will find help from peers / other students (Disclaimer: Skill Upgrade does not guarantee a response from other students/peers). You will continue to have access to certain community groups created by Skill Upgrade forever (unless, for some reason, the LMS Platforms themselves cease to exist).
You will continue to have access to all program resources hosted at the LMS Platform for an additional 6 months from the date of completion of the program, after which limited program resources shall be available. In an unforeseen circumstance where Skill Upgrade might have to revoke access to this data, you will be given a 30-day notice.
Students at Skill Upgrade are prepared and mapped to relevant job & placement opportunities through the following channels:
For programs like Data Analytics, Skill Upgrade offers a dedicated 7-day Pre-placement Program, i.e., Last Mile Prep, wherein students are provided services and support like Resume Optimization, LinkedIn Profiling, Mock Interviews*, Portfolio Building, etc. Students must attend at least 70% Live Sessions (Attendance) & complete the Program in all respects (either Online/Offline mode) to become eligible for Job-Readiness Support. Failing to score 70% attendance, a student shall be graduated with a Certificate of Completion.
Every student enrolled in specific Skill Upgrade programs, like Data Analytics, can take a total of 3 mock interviews through Domain Experts. Simulating real interview scenarios, these mock interviews can be taken until 3 months post-completion of your last mandatory class. This means the student has the liberty to schedule mock interviews, and it is not mandatory to consume all 3 Mock Interview slots during the 7-day Last Mile Prep itself.
Every student gets to create a free profile/portfolio on the Skill Upgrade LMS Platform with a unique link for the Student Portfolio at Skill Upgrade’s official domain (https://skillupgrade.in/). The Company shall host this portfolio link as long as it is in operation. In an unforeseen circumstance where Skill Upgrade might have to revoke access to this data, students will be given prior notice.
Community groups where Skill Upgrade alumni/peer/mentor might post job opportunities and can connect students if there is relevance.
Students who qualify for the 7-day Last Mile Prep module become eligible for Skill Upgrade’s Recruiter Connect Support, where the Company hunts top Placement Opportunities through its Recruiter Partner Network.
Important Note 1: Every student enrolled in programs like Data Analytics shall avail Job-Readiness Support through the 7-day Last Mile Prep Module, while Placement Assistance Support is offered only to students who qualify for the program with a minimum 70% overall score.
Important Note 2: Skill Upgrade’s Job-Readiness & Placement Assistance Supports are purely aimed at providing rigorous mentorship, disseminating domain expertise, networking opportunities, and dedicated channels & communities for students to compete for the best job opportunities available in the industry. These supports must not be misinterpreted as Job Guarantees. Skill Upgrade does not promote or promise Job Guarantee jargon, as it is not our belief. Ultimately, it is purely competence, not reference, that wins the race, and Skill Upgrade is tailored to help you compete for the best with the best!
Finally, there are a set of companies that Skill Upgrade might work with directly to help them hire. In such an engagement, there is an internal Skill Upgrade team that helps facilitate connections to hiring companies. Help from this channel is offered for up to 6 months post-completion of your last mandatory class (as part of the program you enrolled in).
Skill Upgrade also has the right to withdraw access to the above resources if you withdraw from the course, breach the T&C set out herein, or in the event of termination or suspension of your account.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Skill Upgrade, full payment for the fee for the Program is required at the time of enrollment.
To make payment for any Program offered by Skill Upgrade, the Student must collect a secure payment link from the authorized Program Advisor representing Skill Upgrade.
You must have internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated on the LMS Platform (“Payment Method”).
Skill Upgrade does not store any of your credit card information or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the Services.
Self-financing or NBFC-financing are two ways to make the payment for the Program Fee.
In Self-financing, the Student must make a one-time payment for the entire Program Fee. Though, the Student may request a one-time payment discount from the Program Advisor. Please note that no requests for EMI or installment payments can be entertained in Self-Financing mode.
In NBFC-financing, Skill Upgrade helps the Student get Zero-Interest EMI (6/9/12 Months) through a third-party payment provider who has partnered with Skill Upgrade to finance interested Students at easy EMIs. It is important to note that Skill Upgrade has simply partnered with NBFCs to ease financing for its students.
By using a third-party payment provider (“TPPP”), you agree to abide by the terms/policies of such third-party payment provider. You agree that in case Skill Upgrade’s third-party payment provider stores any such information, Skill Upgrade will not be responsible for such storage, and it will be solely at your discretion to allow the third party to store such information as per its terms/policies.
The Student must strictly comply with the EMI schedule set by the TPPP. Applicable penalties shall also apply in case of EMI lapse or delays.
No Skill Upgrade employee is authorized to arrange any settlements of EMIs or Loan amounts between you and the TPPP.
You also agree to pay all applicable processing fees to avail NBFC-financing.
For Students who have opted for NBFC-financing, Program Change is not allowed.
For such students, Program Pause is allowed, but the EMI Schedule cannot be paused, and thus the Student must repay the loan amount as per the EMI Schedule offered by the TPPP even while the Program state is “Paused”.
After the payment, the Student must collect a ‘tax invoice’ from the concerned Program Advisor.
To enable flexibility & ease of learning with workload balance, Skill Upgrade Students are offered the provision to take a “Program Pause” through which a student enrolled in Skill Upgrade Programs (Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and others listed on the website) may opt to pause their program.
A Pause State may be availed a maximum of twice by a Student in the tenure of an Enrolled Program by emailing the respective Delivery Support Executive (DSE) or info@skillupgrade.in.
During this pause period, access to the LMS Platform and other resources shall be revoked temporarily. No new lectures will be added during the pause period, and the student shall be enrolled in a new Cohort to resume. The “Program Pause” provision does not conflict with NBFC-Financing clauses, and the Student must pay the due Payment EMIs without lapse or delay.
Skill Upgrade allows a one-time Program Change (for students in its enrolled program to shift to another program from the foregoing). A Student can raise a Program Change request within 15 days from the first class of the currently enrolled program by emailing the respective Delivery Support Executive (DSE) or info@skillupgrade.in. All payments made to the currently enrolled program shall be adjusted to the course fee of the program to which the change has been requested. It is important to note that within the above-mentioned timeline, program change can be permitted without any additional charges, while after the mentioned timeline, no program change request shall be entertained.
No refunds will be permitted post a Program Change, notwithstanding anything contained herein.
Skill Upgrade offers a dedicated Support channel via info@skillupgrade.in, wherein students can write to us about Program Feedback, Suggestions, Concerns, Grievances, Learning Issues, etc. Skill Upgrade shall make all reasonable efforts to respond to your request for support or to fix any problems you may be having, as applicable. Any suggestions by Skill Upgrade to you regarding the use of the LMS Platform shall not be construed as a warranty.
Skill Upgrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with or without notice and to exercise any other remedy available under law, in cases where:
You are in breach of any terms and conditions of this T&C;
Skill Upgrade is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided to the Company by you;
Skill Upgrade has reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity on your part.
Once temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended, or terminated, you may not continue to use the LMS Platform or other resources offered under the same account, a different account, or re-register under a new account. Skill Upgrade may destroy and/or delete all the data and other information related to your account as per its discretion. All provisions of the T&C, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
As part of the enrollment process, you will need to accept our T&C and provide us with your name, phone number, email ID, identity proof, and, in certain scenarios, contact information of your parents/guardian. You also need to fill out the Application form with details about your educational background, professional experience, and intent behind enrolling in the program. Skill Upgrade holds the final discretion on the approval of enrollment. We will not, at any time, request you to provide us with access to your password unless you have given us explicit written permission to access your account pursuant to a request for assistance or support.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, secure, and not misleading.
You shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services necessary to connect to, access, receive the Skill Upgrade Services, or use the LMS Platform, including, without limitation, hardware devices, software, and other internet, wireless, broadband, phone, or other mobile communication device connection services. You shall be solely responsible for ensuring that such equipment or ancillary services are compatible with the LMS Platform, and you shall be responsible for all charges incurred in connection with the use of the LMS Platform or Skill Upgrade Services in connection with all such equipment and ancillary services.
All User Data that you create, transmit, transfer to us, submit, display, or otherwise make available while using the Skill Upgrade Services should only be information that you own or have the right to use or share (as may be applicable). If you transfer any personally identifiable information to us, we will assume that you have informed the person concerned and procured the necessary consent for such transfer, sharing, processing, and/or using the information on the LMS Platform and/or in respect of the Services. We may use the above information as per our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable laws.
While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the data stored on our servers is persistent and always available to our Users, we will not be responsible in the event of failure of the third-party servers or any other factors outside our reasonable control that may cause the User Data to be permanently deleted, irretrievable, or temporarily inaccessible.
We use multiple third-party service providers to power and provide you with the Skill Upgrade Services. In this process, we share User Data with some of the third-party service providers, as is necessary to enable them to provide the requisite services. We will attempt to ensure that all our third-party service providers are bound by and adhere to the same obligations of confidentiality and data privacy as we guarantee to you. The LMS Platform may include links to any third-party websites. Skill Upgrade has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. By using the LMS Platform, you expressly release Skill Upgrade from any liability arising from your use of any third-party website or services.
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Skill Upgrade Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these T&C, by law, or by other rules or policies implemented by us from time to time. The Skill Upgrade Services and Content are provided only for your personal upskilling, non-commercial use. You agree to notify us immediately in case you observe any other User breaching the terms or any policy associated with the Programs.
While accessing the program via the LMS Platform or any other community hosted by Skill Upgrade, you shall not:
Harass or use foul language;
Create an atmosphere of disharmony or hostility within student groups;
Use unethical methods while completing any project, assignments, quizzes, etc., conducted as part of the Program;
Share any Skill Upgrade Content (including any learning materials or assessment materials) with anybody through any media;
Share solutions to projects/assignments/quizzes or any other evaluation pertaining to the Program or use any unfair methods to complete projects/assignments/quizzes or any other evaluation.
The Program Content hosted at and outside the LMS Platform, including but not limited to all live or recorded video content, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds, artwork, and computer code, is owned and controlled by Skill Upgrade and/or its licensors, and the design, structure, selection, expression, and arrangement of such content mentioned hereinabove is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and other applicable laws on intellectual property rights. We reserve all rights, title, and ownership in and to the LMS Platform and Skill Upgrade Content.
Skill Upgrade’s logos, trademarks, and service marks that may appear are the property of Skill Upgrade and are protected under applicable laws on intellectual property rights.
Your copying, distributing, displaying, reproducing, modifying, or in any other way using the Skill Upgrade Content in any manner not specified in these T&C will be a violation of copyright and other intellectual property rights, and Skill Upgrade reserves its rights under applicable law accordingly.
You shall, at all times, remain the complete owner and retain all rights and title in and to the Student / User Data. This includes assuming liability and responsibility in cases where the Student / User Data breaches any conditions of confidentiality, any intellectual property rights, or any other third-party rights. By posting any Student / User Data through the Skill Upgrade Services, you grant Skill Upgrade and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, copy, reformat, modify, translate, display, sell, create derivative works, and distribute such User Data for or in connection with the use of the Skill Upgrade Services.
You agree that we may contact you through call, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other electronic means of communication for the purpose of:
Obtaining feedback in relation to the Program or Skill Upgrade Services; and/or
Resolving any complaints, information, or queries received from you regarding the same.
Any feedback provided by you may be used by Skill Upgrade without any restriction or obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep such feedback confidential.
You are prohibited from:
Violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the LMS Platform hosting the program or any content therein;
Transmitting any program-associated information or content (including messages and hyperlinks) on or through the LMS Platform that is disruptive or competitive to the provision of our Services;
Distributing in any medium any part of the Program Content or LMS Platform without Skill Upgrade’s prior written authorization;
Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting for any commercial purpose any Skill Upgrade Content or any portion thereof, other than as expressly allowed under this T&C;
Using the Skill Upgrade Marks in connection with, or to transmit, any unsolicited communications or emails or for any other unauthorized purpose;
Intentionally submitting at the point of enrollment, during the program tenure on the LMS Platform, or any Skill Upgrade Community any incomplete, false, or inaccurate information;
Using any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, etc.) to navigate or search the LMS Platform;
Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, alter, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the LMS Platform;
Copying or duplicating in any manner any of the Skill Upgrade Content or other information available from the LMS Platform;
Posting or transmitting, or causing to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation or other “phishing”, “pharming”, or “whaling” message designed or intended to obtain password, account, personal information, or confidential information from any other User or any other third party whatsoever.
THE SKILL UPGRADE PROGRAMS AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND ARE WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. SKILL UPGRADE AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, SPONSORS, AND PARTNERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SKILL UPGRADE SERVICES AND THE LMS PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) ANY CONTENT OR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE AT OR THROUGH THE LMS PLATFORM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE LMS PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. THE SKILL UPGRADE SERVICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIMITATIONS, DELAYS, AND OTHER PROBLEMS INHERENT IN THE USE OF THE INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. SKILL UPGRADE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS, DELIVERY FAILURES, OR OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SUCH PROBLEMS. YOUR USE OF THE LMS PLATFORM AND THE SKILL UPGRADE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You will be awarded a certificate of successful completion of the Program you are enrolled in (“Program Certificate”) upon fulfilling the criteria and requirements of Program Completion as established by Skill Upgrade, which the Company may update from time to time. The decision to award any such Program Certificate or other acknowledgment of successful completion of a Program would be solely at Skill Upgrade’s discretion. Skill Upgrade may choose not to offer any such Program Certificate or other acknowledgment of successful completion for some Programs. Skill Upgrade may decide at its sole discretion whether to provide a record or transcript concerning a Student’s performance in a Program. The format of any certificate, credential, or other acknowledgment, and of any performance, provided by Skill Upgrade relating to a Program will be determined by Skill Upgrade at its sole discretion.
Skill Upgrade has no obligation to have the Skill Upgrade Services, Skill Upgrade Content, Programs, or Program Certificates recognized by or affiliated with any educational institution or accreditation organization. Skill Upgrade provides upskilling services through Industry-curated Professional Programs hosted at Skill Upgrade’s LMS Platform. The LMS Platform or the Company - Skill Upgrade MUST NOT be construed as a university. The Students / Users understand and acknowledge that Skill Upgrade cannot award certificates that are recognized by any regulatory body such as the All India Council for Technical Education or University Grants Commission.
It is the sole responsibility of the Student enrolling in a Program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Program elected. The enrollment in a Program is non-transferable.
You acknowledge that certain parts of the LMS Platform may be enabled by third-party service providers, and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions to the extent such terms are applicable to you. Skill Upgrade shall not be responsible for any disruption of Skill Upgrade Services caused by any such third-party service provider.
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skill Upgrade, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of its and its affiliates’ and subsidiaries’ employees, contractors, directors, suppliers, and representatives from all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to (i) your use or misuse of, or access to, the LMS Platform, Communities, and/or Skill Upgrade Services; (ii) your violation of the T&C or any applicable law; (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party in relation to the usage of the LMS Platform. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in connection therewith.
The T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. All claims, differences, and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Skill Upgrade Services, the T&C, or any transactions entered into on or outside the LMS Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, India, and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of the T&C is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the T&C will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Any failure by Skill Upgrade to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by you under the T&C shall not be construed as, or constitute, a continuing waiver of such provision, or a waiver of any other breach of or failure to comply with any other provision of the T&C, unless any such waiver has been consented to by us in writing.
The T&C is personal to you and is not assignable or transferable by you except with Skill Upgrade’s prior written consent. Skill Upgrade may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of the T&C, and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect in relation to any third party.
All notices under the T&C will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or e-mail; or two days after it is sent, if sent for next-day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service.
Skill Upgrade shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.
By accepting the T&C through your enrollment with Skill Upgrade Programs or/and use of Skill Upgrade’s LMS Platform, you certify and acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. By using Skill Upgrade’s Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this T&C and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
In the event you have any queries/complaints regarding the usage of the LMS Platform, including but not limited to reporting any violation of these Terms of Service, please contact our grievance officer at info@skillupgrade.in or call us at +91 9358021230. The complaints will be redressed in the manner provided under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules framed thereunder.
The following defined terms, having their respective meanings as provided below, have been used in these T&C:
“Student”, “You”, “Learner”: Refers to any user who has paid for any of the Programs offered by Skill Upgrade and hosted on the LMS Platform;
“LMS Platform”: Shall mean the websites hosted by the parent domain www.skillupgrade.in or/and any third-party LMS Platform (including chat groups, Skill Upgrade-hosted social media forums/pages, communities, and webpages) which may allow you to access and/or use the Skill Upgrade Program Content & Services via any other device/medium;
“Skill Upgrade Content”: Means and includes all questionnaires, interview ideas, study/course material in any format, ideas, concepts, systems, LMS Platforms, software, interfaces, tools, utilities, templates, forms, techniques, design formats, methods, processes, algorithms, know-how, trade secrets, and other technologies and information acquired, created, developed, or licensed independently by us, prior to or outside the scope of these T&C and any improvement, modification, extension, or other derivative works thereof and all intellectual property rights thereto. Skill Upgrade Content excludes all User Data;
“User Data”: Means all electronic data, information, or other content submitted or provided by a User to be stored, collected, or processed by us in connection with such User’s authorized use of the Skill Upgrade Services.
