Refund Policy


A Student may opt out of a Skill Upgrade Program and request a refund for the fees paid by sending an email to info@skillupgrade.in within 7 DAYS from the date of the Cohort Onboarding Session / First Class of the relevant Program (“Refund Window”). For the avoidance of doubt, a student will not be entitled to another Refund Window in the event of a Program pause or change. A Refund Processing Fee shall be applicable.

Student experience is always our top priority. We want to ensure that you get a seamless experience for the services or courses you purchase from us. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances, you are not satisfied with any of our services, please get in touch with us, and we would be happy to assist you.


Please note that all purchases or payments made by a student on Skill Upgrade are deemed to be final. Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted once the “Refund Window” is closed.


Additionally, the program you choose/pay for cannot be transferred to any other student.


With our online and offline Mentorship Programs, every student gets free demo classes / masterclass sessions to validate the quality of the program the Student intends to enroll in.


A Student pays for the program after satisfaction with the free sessions. Hence, we understand that the student has made a conscious decision, and enrollment is made with confidence in the excellence offered by the program and its mentors.


Once the course fee is deposited and the Refund Window is closed, a refund request cannot be entertained under any condition. Neither can the fee be transferred to any other student.


Any disputes arising related to this agreement or course/training are subject to the jurisdiction of the Law Court of Jaipur, India.

Skill Upgrade reserves the right to update or make changes to its refund policy without any prior notice.


IT MUST BE NOTED THAT, NOTWITHSTANDING THE MODE OF PAYMENT USED FOR PAYING THE FEES, THE REFUND SHALL ALWAYS BE MADE TO A BANK ACCOUNT (AS PER THE DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE STUDENT) THROUGH NEFT/IMPS/RTGS OR SUCH OTHER FACILITY AS DEEMED FIT BY SKILL UPGRADE. WE MAY REQUEST INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANCELLED CHEQUE PERTAINING TO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE STUDENT) TO VERIFY YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DETAILS OF THE BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE INITIATING THE REFUND. WE SHALL STRIVE TO PROCESS THE REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM YOU IN THIS REGARD.



We do not provide refunds for lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program, or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.
A Student’s access to Skill Upgrade resources will cease upon withdrawal from the course, notwithstanding anything contained herein.
